Why does my AI need my approval before a viewing?

Your AI can search, screen, and propose a viewing on its own, but it can never confirm one without you saying yes. This applies symmetrically to agents too — nothing gets booked unless both sides explicitly approve.

How is an agent's CEA registration verified?

We check the format and status of the registration number at signup, with periodic re-checks afterward. Agents whose registration lapses or is revoked can be suspended.

Does the platform handle offers or price negotiation?

No. The platform's job ends at a confirmed, calendared viewing. Price, offers, and terms are discussed entirely off-platform between the buyer and agent.

How does billing work?

Agents pay a flat $10/month with a free trial. Buyers and unrepresented sellers use the platform for free.
