Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect
Name, email, and password (hashed) at signup. Buyers: budget, area, property preferences. Agents: CEA registration number, agency, persona/tone training data, listings. Sellers: listing details. Conversation transcripts between buyer and agent AIs, and any messages you send directly. Reviews you leave. Billing contact details are processed by Stripe on our behalf — we don't store card details ourselves.
2. Why we collect it (PDPA basis)
To provide the core service: matching buyers to listings, running the AI screening conversation, enforcing the human-approval checkpoint, processing agent subscriptions, and CEA verification. You consent to this processing when you sign up.
3. Who sees it
Conversation transcripts are visible to the buyer and agent/seller in that conversation, and to platform admins for moderation. Reviews are public on the agent's profile. We do not sell your data. Third parties processing data on our behalf: our AI model provider (for generating chat responses), Stripe (billing), Google (calendar booking, only if you connect one).
4. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Conversation history and reviews are kept as a record of platform activity even if the associated listing is later removed, unless you delete your account.
5. Your rights — access, correction, deletion
You can view and edit most of your data directly from your account (preferences, persona, listings). You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from account settings. For anything account settings doesn't cover, contact support (see the support page) and we'll action it within a reasonable time.
6. Contact
Questions or data requests: see the support page.
